Are your products new or pre-owned?
All items offered on Wixez are brand new and carefully selected to meet our quality standards. Product details, including condition, are always clearly noted on the product page. We’re committed to ensuring a great shopping experience, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Billing and Payment
We accept a range of popular payment methods - Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal - to make your checkout process smooth and secure. You’ll see the available options at checkout, depending on your location and selected currency.
Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify’s trusted platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment details. We never store or share your sensitive information.
If you’ve created an account on our Wixez website, you can easily access your invoices by following these steps: Log in and go to the “My Account” section at the top right of the homepage. Click on “Bills” from the dropdown menu. You’ll be taken to the Billing page, where you can view all your orders. Find the order you need and click the “Print Invoice” button next to it. This will generate a PDF invoice you can download or print anytime.
Shipping & Delivery
We don’t currently have a physical store location, so in-person shopping appointments or pick-ups aren’t available at this time. We will deliver your order by the post only. However, we’d be happy to assist you with anything you need online — from product recommendations to sizing help or any other questions you may have.
Yes, we ship internationally. If your shipping address is accepted at checkout, we can deliver to your country.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout include order processing time and transit time based on the chosen shipping method and destination. These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, local holidays etc.
Once your order shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Also you will be receiving the notifications informing on your package important movement updates. This allows you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
No, the shipping is not free. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and depend on destination, package dimensions and weight, selected shipping speed (Standard or Expedited), current carrier rates etc. You’ll see the full shipping cost and estimated delivery time before completing your purchase!
Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties, VAT, or additional fees may apply. IMPORTANT: These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided that: The item is unused and in original condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels are included. The product is not damaged. Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or model, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and better availability.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, a full refund for the item will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our mistake.
